Ownership of Copyrights and Intellectual Property

The compilation of all content and the software included in or made available through Digitalyoke is the exclusive property of Sants Information Technology Pvt.Ltd and protected by Indian copyright laws.
All the intellectual property rights to the software products listed in the Digitalyoke and the content submitted to the Digitalyoke to promote the products (e.g., content promoting an extension, product descriptions and logos) (collectively “Extension Content”). Extension Content does not include Reviews, ratings, comments and any other text (collectively “Reviews”).

The only exception to this is that developers can copy and reuse their own listing pages, reviews, votes and content.
